Services
Altimany provides mobile app development, website development and technical AI consultancy. Each project is delivered under a written agreement that sets out scope, milestones, fees and timing.
Use of this site
This website is provided as-is for information about Altimany and its services. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Intellectual property
Unless the project agreement states otherwise, intellectual property in deliverables transfers to the client once the agreed fees for that work are paid in full.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altimany's total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
Disputes
If a disagreement arises, both parties will first try to resolve it in good faith by discussion before taking any other step.
